We provide FREE shipping for all products.

We use a variety of trusted courier services to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and all shipping methods are trackable.

You will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link when we fulfilled your order.

Please send an email to info@autocar-accessories.com regarding the change to check if your item is mailed out.

Email must be sent out within 24 hours after order placement.

Your item will be mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification.

Delivery usually takes 10 – 15 working days to reach.

On special occasion,  delivery might take up to 15 – 20 working days.

Working days are not inclusive of weekends and public holidays.

All payment is to made through credit cards / bank account via Stripe or PayPal.

Drop us an email as soon as possible within 24 hours if you wish to cancel or change your order. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make amendments.

At the checkout page, simply key in the coupon code in the field (at the top of the page), click save and the discount will be automatically reflected if valid.

In case you received any item that do not match what you originally ordered, drop us an email with the pictures of the item.
