Refund Policy


If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will replace the item at no extra charge to you. Please send us an email within 48 hours after receiving your order.

If you receive an item that is in the wrong variation, colour or size than the original one you ordered, please email us a picture of the item(s) and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receiving your order to get a replacement.

Criteria for replacement at no extra charge:

• Items that are damaged/broken upon arrival
• Wrong variation/colour/size of item sent
• Packages that are lost in transit (ONLY Applicable to packages that are opted for tracking)


Cancellation of any order(s) must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email to and let us know the reason to cancel your order.

Any email sent after 24 hours of order placement will not be accepted as we might be in the midst of packing your order to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.

All refunds will be processed within 2 working days before the fund reflects on the customer’s credit card/bank account via Stripe or PayPal
